Teletherapy
Teletherapy is any remote therapy that uses technology to help the therapist and client communicate. Some examples of teletherapy include doing therapy sessions over the phone, using videoconferencing for individual, couples, or group therapy, and receiving therapy via email or instant messenger.
Text-therapy
Apple Counseling recently added another way to interact with your therapist to help you on your journey. Our texting service enables you to ask for advice and suggestions “in real life” as you work through issues and challenges. Our intent is to enable you to get the help you need wherever and whenever it is desired. Whether you are at home or on the go, you can contact your therapist.
