We want to make counseling available to everyone. We know counseling can be costly but we hope that accepting insurance for our services that it will make it more affordable. Most of our clients end up paying around $20 copay amount for their sessions.

For those of you that do not have insurance we charge $150 per session but offer a sliding fee scale to help everyone get in.

Therapy $25-$150 session

• $25.00 per session, with Graduate Level Counseling Students
• $60.00 per session, with Licensed Counselor Associates (LPC-A, LMFT-A)
• $150.00 per session, defined as 50-60 minutes, for an intake, individual, family, or couples counseling session with a Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, Licensed Psychologists)
•  Phone Contact $60 per hour (prorated to the half-hour)
•  Sliding Scale Policy and Application

Group Therapy $40-$50 sesssion

• $40 per session for 12-week DBT group
• $50 per session for 6 or 8-week groups
• 10% discount offered for non-refundable prepayment of all group sessions. It is strongly recommended that you contact your insurance company to inquire whether they will cover (reimburse) for group services; in the event they will, you may ask our office for a receipt of service with diagnosis and CPT (service code).

No Show / Missed Appointment / Cancellations with less than 24 hours $75

Court Testimony

• APPEARANCE RETAINER FEE: [A Minimum of Five Hours Will Be Charged for All Court Appearances]

• Any additional time spent for court related services [upon of which the 5 hours included in the Appearance Retainer Fee has been utilized] will be billed at the hourly rate for any related services listed below:
  • $150.00 per hour, preparation, including submission of records
  • $150.00 per hour, consultations of all types
  • $150.00 per hour, all related travel time
  • $150.00 per hour, all court related time away from the office for testimony or deposition.

Paperwork

• Report Preparation $60 per hour for time it takes to fill out or write

Psychological assessment services are provided for adults and children ages 6-17 years old. The assessment process includes intake, clinical interview during which pertinent historical and familiar information is gathered. This is followed by the testing, during which the assessment takes place, and finally a feedback session where results and recommendations will be discussed and a thorough and comprehensive individualized assessment report will be provided.

The cost for a full assessment is determined by the total number of hours required by the clinician(s) to complete the full evaluation process from testing time, interpretation time, time taken to complete the written report, time spent during the review session with the client, and the battery of tests administered. The cost of testing varies depending on the battery of tests required and will be determined following the completion of intake. Payment is collected in full at the time of the first appointment.

Many insurance companies do not fully cover the cost of psychological testing. Therefore, all assessment and testing services are self-pay. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request, which can be utilized if you choose to seek reimbursement from your insurance company on your own. However, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company for reimbursement and we cannot guarantee any reimbursement.

LEARNING DISABILITY/FULL PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENTS – Call to inquire about accepted insurance and pricing

SUBSTANCE ABUSE EVALUATIONS – $200.00

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL EVALUATIONS – $125

• Clinical interview
• Standardized measures of mood and behavior written letter of support if clinically indicated following the evaluation (no refunds if results of evaluation do not result with client receiving a letter supporting an emotional support animal)

We accept insurance and will even file your claim for you. You provide your insurance information when you book an appointment, and we will check your benefits and let you know your appointment cost before your appointment. Nice and easy!
